Old House Renovations

I love old houses so much that you couldn’t give me a million dollar brand spanking new mansion in exchange for a 1910 Victorian style home that still needs some work unless I was pretty sure I could sell the mansion the same day and buy a new old house. I love everything about old homes, but I thought maybe some of you had a specific reason for your passion. So, tell me. Why do you like old houses?
